Each community below has its own page describing how coaching works for people living there, the parks and everyday places clients mention, and answers to the questions that come up most often in that part of the state. Sessions run by private video call, which is why a client in Weston and a client in Boca Raton get the same appointment without either one driving.

Coverage runs across three counties. Broward County is the practice's home ground, with the Florida office in Davie. Miami-Dade County reaches south through Hialeah and Miami. Palm Beach County runs north along the coast to West Palm Beach. If your city is not listed, coaching is still available to you by video, and the contact page is the fastest way to ask.
