That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping South Jordan clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
A fast-growing suburb in the southwest Salt Lake Valley, South Jordan transformed from a 19th-century Mormon farming town into a Silicon Slopes tech and medical-device hub. It is best known for Daybreak, a massive master-planned community built on reclaimed land from the historic Bingham Canyon copper mine, and for being the first city on Earth with two Latter-day Saint temples. In 2025 it gained a new marquee attraction when the Triple-A Salt Lake Bees moved into a new ballpark in Downtown Daybreak.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
