Mathew brings a deeply personal perspective to his coaching. As a three-time cancer survivor, he learned firsthand how daily choices around food, movement, rest, and mindset shape how a person feels each day. That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Salt Lake City clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
Founded in 1847 by Mormon pioneers who declared 'This is the right place,' Salt Lake City is laid out on a vast grid radiating from Temple Square, the spiritual heart of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ringed by the Wasatch Range and the Great Salt Lake, it grew from a mining-and-railroad crossroads into a tech-and-tourism capital that hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics and will host them again in 2034. It is a surprisingly liberal city inside a deeply conservative state, famous for world-class skiing and for putting fry sauce on everything.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
