As a three-time cancer survivor, he learned firsthand how daily choices around food, movement, rest, and mindset shape how a person feels each day. That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping St. Cloud clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
St. Cloud straddles the Mississippi River in central Minnesota and takes its "Granite City" nickname from the pink and gray stone that has been quarried here since the 1880s and shipped to national monuments. Founded in 1856 and named for a Parisian suburb, it grew on granite, railroads, and dairy, and today runs on healthcare, St. Cloud State University, and manufacturing. Riverside gardens, restored quarries, and a Division I hockey program give the regional hub its character.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
