Minneapolis rose on the power of Saint Anthony Falls, the Mississippi River's only natural major waterfall, to become the flour-milling capital of the world in the late 1800s. Downtown is wrapped in nine and a half miles of enclosed skyways that let people cross the city without stepping into the Minnesota winter.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
