As a three-time cancer survivor, he learned firsthand how daily choices around food, movement, rest, and mindset shape how a person feels each day. That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Shoreline clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
Shoreline is a suburban city immediately north of Seattle in King County, taking its name from the school district whose boundaries ran 'shore to shore' between Puget Sound and Lake Washington and 'line to line' from Seattle's old city limit to the Snohomish County line. Historically Coast Salish land, then early-1900s farms and lumber tracts, it incorporated only in 1995 to keep control of its own future. Today it is a park-rich commuter city reshaped by new Sound Transit light-rail stations along Interstate 5.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
