That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Hampton clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
Hampton is one of the oldest continuously settled English-founded communities in the United States, dating to 1610, and today anchors the Virginia Peninsula within Hampton Roads. Its economy runs on the military and aerospace, home to Langley Air Force Base and NASA's Langley Research Center, where the 'Hidden Figures' mathematicians worked. Roughly 62 percent of the city's area is water, and its seafood-packing past earned it the nickname 'Crabtown.'

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
