Colorado Springs sits at the foot of Pikes Peak at 6,035 feet, a planned resort town founded by a railroad general in 1871 that became a gold-rush boomtown, a tuberculosis health haven, and today the headquarters of Team USA's Olympic movement. It is one of the most military-saturated cities in America, home to the U.S. Air Force Academy, Fort Carson, Space Force bases and the NORAD complex buried inside Cheyenne Mountain. Pikes Peak itself inspired the lyrics to "America the Beautiful."

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
