Since 2025 it has punched far above its size, temporarily hosting Major League Baseball's Athletics at its riverside ballpark.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
