As a three-time cancer survivor, he learned firsthand how daily choices around food, movement, rest, and mindset shape how a person feels each day. That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Ontario clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
An Inland Empire city in San Bernardino County founded in 1882 as the Ontario Model Colony, a carefully planned agricultural community named for the Chaffey brothers' home province in Canada. Once a landscape of citrus groves and vineyards, it has become a major logistics, manufacturing, and aviation hub. It is anchored today by Ontario International Airport and the enormous Ontario Mills outlet mall.
Whether your days take you near Euclid Avenue, Graber Olive House (the city's oldest continuously operating business, Toyota Arena, or anywhere else in Ontario, virtual coaching connects you with personalized support and a clear, step-by-step plan you can follow from home.
Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
