Norwalk is a densely populated, majority-Latino city in southeastern Los Angeles County, one of the "Gateway Cities" bridging Los Angeles and Orange counties. Founded on former Spanish rancho land and built up around dairy farms and some of Southern California's largest sugar-beet operations, it grew into a suburban city after World War II. Today it is home to Cerritos College, the Metropolitan State Hospital and the eastern terminus of Metro's C Line.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
