High Point is a Piedmont Triad city named for being the highest point on the mid-1800s North Carolina Railroad, and it grew into the 'Furniture Capital of the World.' Twice a year it hosts High Point Market, the largest home-furnishings trade show on Earth, drawing tens of thousands of buyers to some 180 buildings. It is also the boyhood home of jazz legend John Coltrane and home to the giant roadside 'World's Largest Chest of Drawers.'

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
