That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping DeSoto clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
DeSoto is a suburb about 12 miles south of downtown Dallas that grew from a 19th-century farming settlement on Ten Mile Creek into one of the nation's most prominent middle-class, majority-Black suburbs. Incorporated in 1949, it was named an All-America City in 2006 and is nationally known both for producing NFL star and Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller and for its powerhouse high-school sports program.
Whether your days take you near The DeSoto Town Center civic complex, McCowan Park and its new Aquatic and Recreation Center, Ten Mile Creek, or anywhere else in DeSoto, virtual coaching connects you with personalized support and a clear, step-by-step plan you can follow from home.
Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
