Cheyenne is the capital and largest city of Wyoming, born on the Great Plains in 1867 as a Union Pacific Railroad junction and named for the Cheyenne people. It grew so explosively that it earned the nickname 'Magic City of the Plains,' and it remains a proud Old West town anchored by state government, the railroad, and F.E. Warren Air Force Base. Every July it hosts Cheyenne Frontier Days, billed as the world's largest outdoor rodeo and known as 'The Daddy of 'em All.'

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
