Casper is Wyoming's second-largest city and the seat of Natrona County, a hard-working oil-and-cowboy town on the North Platte River where four great emigrant trails once merged into one road west. Born as an 1888 railroad tent town beside historic Fort Caspar, it boomed on the Salt Creek Oil Field and still calls itself the Oil City. In 2017 it sat squarely in the path of totality and briefly became a world center for eclipse-chasers.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
