Chattanooga sits on the Tennessee River at the foot of Lookout Mountain, a former heavy-industry hub that reinvented itself into an outdoors-oriented 'Scenic City' anchored by the Tennessee Aquarium and a revitalized riverfront. Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
