As a three-time cancer survivor, he learned firsthand how daily choices around food, movement, rest, and mindset shape how a person feels each day. That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Washington clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
Washington is a purpose-built federal capital laid out along the Potomac River between Maryland and Virginia, its low, monumental skyline kept deliberately horizontal by federal height limits. Home to the three branches of the U.S. government and the Smithsonian's museums, it is also a majority-Black cultural city that gave the world go-go music and the half-smoke, even as its residents still lack full voting representation in Congress.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
