Sir Humphrey Gilbert claimed the surrounding land for England in 1583, and the harbour had already been drawing Basque, Portuguese, Norman and Breton fishing fleets since the early 1500s. Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
