That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Omaha clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
Omaha rose on the west bank of the Missouri River as a launch point for the transcontinental railroad, and that railroad DNA still runs through a downtown anchored by Union Pacific and four Fortune 500 headquarters. It is a meatpacking-and-insurance town that reinvented itself as an insurance, telecom, and tech hub, yet stayed grounded enough that its most famous resident still lives in the modest house he bought in 1958. Come summer, the college baseball world converges on the city for the College World Series.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
