Mathew brings a deeply personal perspective to his coaching. As a three-time cancer survivor, he learned firsthand how daily choices around food, movement, rest, and mindset shape how a person feels each day. That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Hamilton clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
Hamilton is a port city at the western end of Lake Ontario, wrapped around a harbour and split in two by the Niagara Escarpment that locals simply call 'the Mountain.' Long known as Canada's Steel City for the Stelco and Dofasco mills that once made most of the country's steel, it has more than 100 waterfalls pouring off the escarpment and a scrappy arts and music scene centred on James Street North. It is also the birthplace of the first Tim Hortons and home of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
