As a three-time cancer survivor, he learned firsthand how daily choices around food, movement, rest, and mindset shape how a person feels each day. That experience drives his work as a wellness coach, helping Fargo clients set realistic goals, build sustainable routines, and stay accountable week after week.
Fargo is North Dakota's largest city, born as a Northern Pacific Railway town on the Red River and named for Wells Fargo co-founder William Fargo. Once an agricultural and 1880s divorce hub, it has reinvented itself around healthcare, food processing, education and a growing tech scene that earned it the "Silicon Prairie" tag. It is proud of homegrown Yankee slugger Roger Maris and forever tied, however loosely, to the Coen brothers' 1996 film that borrowed its name.

Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
