Annapolis is Maryland's small but intensely historic capital on the Chesapeake Bay, home to the U.S. Naval Academy and more standing 18th-century buildings than any other American city. Nicknamed 'Naptown' and the 'Sailing Capital of the World,' it briefly served as the first peacetime capital of the United States and each fall hosts the world's largest in-water sailboat show.
Whether your days take you near Maryland State House (1772-1779), The United States Naval Academy campus along the Severn River, City Dock and 'Ego Alley, or anywhere else in Annapolis, virtual coaching connects you with personalized support and a clear, step-by-step plan you can follow from home.
Initial coaching sessions are $400 for a 60-minute first session, and follow-up sessions are $150 for 30 minutes. Holistic wellness coaching is educational and supportive; it is not medical care and not a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional.
